Community Participation
Be Connected. Be Included. Be Yourself.
Being part of a community can create meaningful moments, new friendships, and a greater sense of independence.
At Finchcare, we support NDIS participants to take part in activities that are important to them — whether that means exploring new interests, reconnecting with others, learning new skills, or simply enjoying everyday experiences with confidence.
Our team works alongside you to help you participate in the community in a way that feels comfortable, safe, and meaningful.
What Is Community Participation Support?
Everyone deserves the opportunity to feel included, connected, and valued.
Community Participation support helps NDIS participants engage in activities outside the home that promote independence, social connection, confidence, and personal growth.
At Finchcare, we understand that everyone’s interests and goals are different. For one person, community participation may mean joining a sporting activity or hobby group. For another, it may mean learning how to travel independently, visiting local places, or building confidence while meeting new people.
Our support is designed around what matters to you.
We don’t choose your activities for you — we help you discover opportunities that match your interests, goals, and lifestyle.
